Pulls left under acceleration, pulls right when you let off
My truck seems to veer to the left when I hit the throttle and when I let off it feels like it pulls back to the right, any idea what could cause that?

One other person that had this problem had a front hub that was sticking, even though he wasn't in 4x4. Do you have ESOF? If so, make sure the selector is in 2wd, then reach under the front of the truck and turn each of the drive axles by hand. Both of them should turn with slight resistance. If one or both of them will not turn, you have sticking hubs.

with the hubs unlocked I can manually turn both front axles freely so I don't think anything is stuck

I know it's not too common on superduty's but a broken left rear axleshaft could cause those symtoms.
I've dealt with that before on my Toyota 4x4's running 40" tires and a V-8 !!!
Also check for a broken rear leaf spring.

A member called EODMULE had this problem, it was a 4 wheel drive hub that went bad.
Lock both front hubs (but don't put it in 4 wheel drive) and retest the truck. If the pull goes away, you have found your problem.
