Triangulated 4 link or a good 3 link would be the best for the rear. U won't be able to go low at all with the stock I beams due to the camber change. You would have to modify your beams or replace them with aftermarket drop beams.
Your camber would be correct at a certain air pressure. All other pressures it would be negative with less air and positive with more air. You would figure out what pressure works for ride height. Every vehicle's camber is effected by lowering or raising, but the twin I-beam is more effected by change.
