They used to have a form to fill out for the build sheet specifically, but now you have to write to them and ask for it.

I can't get past the window where you put in your VIN#. It keeps telling me the number is wrong but when I did one to track open recalls it went thru. I did see where they went thru what the VIN positions were the 9th on theirs was a letter where mine is a number.

If you have a pre-81 vehicle, then you can't use an automated VIN entry program. Otherwise, I guarantee your VIN has a letter there- Since 1981, all vehicles have had the vin number in the same standardized format. If you are going off the title or registration, it may be entered wrong. Check on the dash tag, door tag, or warranty plate depending on your vehicle.

I just clicked "Email Us" then "Contact Ford", where it gave you the option of why you were contacting them I put "Other" then tried to be as cordial as I could with my request and gave them my VIN number and basic vehicle details.

I just went out and checked the vin tag on dash and it says the same thing...
