Rear sliding window

I also find it handy to throw my garbage out the back window into the bed of the truck (I don't like garbage filling up my truck, and I'm not a litterbug). I just pull up next to the dumpster every now and then and throw away all the pop bottles, cans, etc.

With the extended cabs, if you have a slider at all you really want a power one. I know, because I don't have power and it's impossible to use without getting in the back seat.
But the biggest reason to have one is because the dog likes sticking his head out.

I use mine all the time and I have only owned the truck for about a month.
With the windows fully up and the rear window all the way open, you get
just enough of a breeze on a nice winter day (50's here in Houston) without
the noise and buffeting of having the side windows open. Works great.

Lugnutt, like Beerstalker said check with CR Laurence, they make a power window for our trucks that runs about $400, I'm contemplating one for my truck.

i have a manual window ... my sub box wouldnt fit if i had the electric ( the wire was back there btw) i have a slider in my Leer shell too... its plenty handy im glad its not a solid window.
