5spd Transmission Trouble!!

I own a 1994 F150 with a 4.9L inline six 4x4 with the mazda 4spd w/od. It has 80,000 miles on it and i beleive it's still the original clutch. A few days ago, i noticed that I had to push the clutch pedal futher than normal to disengage so i could shift. And this morning, it disengaded right when it was at the floor and i had to jam it in to first and had trouble all the way through every gear. I added fluid to the clutch cylinder but it did help enough so i could shift. Is the slave bearing shot or what? Has anyone else had trouble with this? Thanks you very much for your input.

If you had to add fluid then you have a leak ...Most likely at the slave valve . There is a rubber inspection cover on the trans that you can remove to have a look at the slave valve . Some slave valves last over 100K miles , some die sooner . If yours is leaking & you are having shifting problems then you are lucky , mine decided to die while I was trying to turn off a 4 lane hwy & it died right there , no warning .
