I have a 1989 mustang GT with some boltons. id like to build a 306 for it this winter but im already building up the rear end and money is always in short supply. Thats a sweet lookin mustang u got wicked97. You wouldn't happen to know of anyone that could weld the axle tubes and a set of 9" housing ends on an 8.8 would you?

I would like to add a 1974 Scorpion Whip 400 to my list. It's my uncle's from back in the day and we got it running today. So far it'll beat the 440. However, there's something wrong in the clutch on the 440, so that isn't helping it out any. Sounds like sometime soon we'll get my brother's out and see what's going on with it (probably needs rebuilt). I figure about the time we get em all running good the snow will be gone, but that's how it goes.....

Oh, Merry Christmas!!!

My truck is kind of. Not really toy, but work vehicle that I've doted on a little. Most of my toys are tools. And they get more expensive the older I get. I have a 20' cargo trailer loaded with them, and a basement, a garage . . . I oughta have a tool sale.
Just as example, I'm about to order a set of 3 hand saws. Precision made, from Adria, its gonna be 500 about. The handplanes I want all start in the 300's, and I found one that I loved the looks of but at 2K a little steep. Most of the power stuff is german imports. I dig wood. Its work, its hobby, its sanity, its religion.

I play with wood a little, just as a side hobby. I just finished building an oak bar in my basement. I'm planning on building some end tables, and a bookcase. If I get really ambitious, I'll build a display case for the 90 or so 1/18th scale die-cast cars I've collected. Let me know if your going to sell any of those tools Randal!!
