Alarm reset

A while back someone posted on how to reset the alarm if it is in Vaulet mode. Can you post that again. I have 2000 f150 and have rattler alarm on it. The dash light of alarm is lit and the alarm won't work. The door open and lock with the remote but there is no beep sound when button is pushed. It happened before too and I had to push the 1 button and then 2 button etc. The alarm remote has 2 buttons. Please let me know .
