Im Scared!
On my 97 i have a problem with the intake hose that butts up to the turbo. Its starting to fall apart and i dont want it to fall into the turbo. Let me knw what you guys think i should do to have it replaced without buying one from the dealership. Keep in mind that the stock hose has a bend to it and its really tight fitting plus it has to withstand the heat.

your only option is to replace it with these part numbers depending on what you have now
Intake Hose Kit (updated kit replaces orange hose, includes replacement for aluminum center section)
(Ford) F7TZ-9C681-AA
Intake Hose, updated black (Replacement hose for above, does not directly replace orange hose)
(Ford) F81Z-9C681-BA
Intake Hose Kit (updated kit replaces orange hose, includes replacement for aluminum center section)
(Ford) F7TZ-9C681-AA
Intake Hose, updated black (Replacement hose for above, does not directly replace orange hose)
