So I found something out when replacing my HPOP seals. You can order the kit with three o-rings for around $25 or you can just order the quick connect clamps for $8 a piece that have the orings on them. Ford will sell you the metal clamps with the o-rings cheaper than the o-rings by themselves. Figures.
It is not a kit. It is just the quick release pieces that screw into the HPOP and release from the oil lines with new 0-ring gaskets. I had locktite in the garage. In my excursion, the drain plug was not leaking. It stops you from buying the kit if you only have a leak in either the line or the plug. You don't have to pay $25 and hold on to the other o-rings until they start leaking. If you loose an o-ring, break one, or just want to replace the one that is leaking, this gives you another option.
