Maybe a dumb question...maybe

hopefully someone will know.
can you use a ts chip that was made for a 01-7.3-zf6 on a 03-7.3-zf6 or will it have to be reburned??
asking because i can get one for 100 bucks but don't really want it if i have to reburn it for prolly another 100, i'll just go dp style.

It would need to be for the same PCM number as yours, but id call TS if it was me.

would the PCM number be the same for different years depending if its a auto or manual? i just emailed TS and asked, hopefully they'll get back to me, the phone line has been busy.

well looks like it wont work, but its only 50.00 to have it reburned. so that would be 150.00 total cost for chip + shipping cost that = way better chip than my superchips right???
