diffrence supercab extened cab

What is the diffrence between the extened cab and supercab to me they both look the same?

The super cab is what ford called an extended cab from 1976 to 1992.

They are the same thing.In 1974 they added the small rear seat and called it a SuperCab. In 1997 they added a 3rd door and in 99 they added the 4th one. In 2001 they offered the SuperCrew which has 4 full size doors.

OOps my bad I thought the super cab came out in 76, (Honestly I didnt think there were automobile back then
