Hey Guys, I dont have a 150 buuut im thinking about one here in the near future, especially if you can answer my questions.. lol Well ive been helping my buddy he has a Hemi business, aftermarket add ons and its pretty neat. Im no where near a dodge fan so buying a truck or car from that company is a big no. I have a 95 bronco thats old school and i cant really do much to that. So im looking at 150s with the 5.4. What Can you do to these motors? How much aftermarket is out there for them. Id like to start my own business doing the same as him only with the fords. I know bla bla bla u want something fast then get a car, well i want something fast that i can haul gravel with. I know roush makes a pretty good kit but the Price to HP ratio is way off for me. Are there any aftermarket heads? Cams and Intakes out there. Thanks alot
Short answer, Yes. The 5.4 modular engine has been around awhile now so there is pretty much a kit available for every part. Also, because the F150 is one of the top selling cars/trucks in the world means that there is no shortage of aftermarket vendors...take a look at all the sponsors of this site and others. If you start your own business you'll have competition a plenty.

$5k for 400+ rwhp...that's actually a pretty good price nowadays. especially considering the 5.4 has about 240 rwhp stock
yes, there are aftermarket heads/cams/intakes...but they are very expensive and don't get you nearly the same gains as forced induction. Fords mod motors absolutely love superchargers, but not bolt-ons
the 2v 4.6 has a stage three head/cam set that runs almost $3,000. I think it only gets the motor maybe 40 hp.
