Just got back from the Dr.
Its my chiropractor and while I was at the desk the little gal working there handed me a clipboard and ask me to fill out this form and she had a blood pressure cuff in her hand and ask if she could take my BP.
I asked what this was all about and she replied "something to do with Obama care".
I looked at the form and basically the Feds want to know my personal medical history as far as medications I'm on and if I smoke bla bla bla.
So I kindly handed the clipboard back to her and told her I wasn't going to fill out nothing for Obama. She said, ok, just check this box that you decline and sign your name.
Trying really hard to hold my temper back I repeated (with a grin on my face) "I'm not signing anything for Obama".
Has anyone else been hit with this form?
