Power points and Trash hook.

The trash hook in these 250s are funny to me. Anyways. I am in need of a few power points my truck only has 2. I would like a 3 or 4 setup but everything I found looks cheap and doesn't match the truck. Plus I would like to avoid drilling into my dash anywhere.

Here is my question does anyone make something that can replease that trash hook since it has mounting points? I have no use for it and could put something there. If no company has made this yet they should make something that will fit there. Color matched IE: a 4 to 8 power point thingymabob! Tan please!

Anyone have some pictures of power point they added? May I see them please and where you got your hardware. Need to be around the dash area

Thanks
Marty

I ended up tapping into the wiring of the power point and adding a 12v socket behind the dash with a splitter to gain two more outlets that are hidden. I have my GPS unit and cell phone charger plugged in there.

On my truck, the cup-holders are directly above that hook. I would be scared to put anythink eletrical there just in case a drink tipped over (or heavy condensation from a cup) and the liquid lands in there. But if that did occur, I guess the worse that could happen is you might have to replace a blown fuse.
