I have a 1969 F250 CS that is Sky View Blue and Wimbeldon White. The interior has a dark blue dash and steering column. Anyone have ideas what color that dark blue is on the steering column? It looks to be quite metallic. I would like to do some touch ups to the column, especially where the hose clamp for the tach has been moved around.

If it's metallic that isn't factory. The truck's PO must have done that. It would have been dash color or black.
Mine is the same way. Frosty dark blue metallic. Pretty sure it's factory. It matches the wheel. My truck had 60,000 miles on it when I got it. Light Wind blue dash, dark blue dash pad, dark frosty column and two-tone vinyl seat.
I wasn't able to match the paint at O'Reilly's so I chose a metallic pearl blue. The dash will be Grabber Blue very soon. I have another complete auto, P/S column that I grabbed out of a truck at the boneyard and it's the exact same color.
