Post your Sticky Thread Suggestions!

We were thinking it would be a good idea to have a sticky'd thread at the top of our forum that would include links to useful threads and web pages with detailed information about common tasks involving these trucks. With something like this we wouldn't have to constantly repeat the same things to people looking for help. I'll start us off with a few threads that I saved:

Spark plug wire routing

Torque Converter Clutch Lockup Switch

Tips for installing Sirius satellite radio

Front disc brake replacement (including auto hub dissembly)

Checking OBDI codes (EEC-IV)

For my above links and any future links posted, ANYBODY is allowed to refute a link and explain why it shouldn't be included in our sticky (or why it SHOULD be for that matter). Keep 'em comin!!

I'm too lazy to find these threads, but here are some I'll chime in on needing to be in the sticky.

1. Airbag code 32 and how to replace the clock-spring.
2. The "old" 86-89/90 that use the rail mounted high pressure fuel pump and the newer system that has one high pressure for each tank.
3. The problems with one fuel tank filling the other tank.
4. The various ways to replace radius arm bushings.
5. Leaf spring shackles and where to get them and how to replace them.
6. Put the link to FordFuelInjection in there.
7. How to check compression/fuel pressure/spark, etc.,.
8. How to check/set timing the correct way (WITH a timing light).
9. How to change out oil pan gasket (and also how to remove the pan)

Those are all I can think of at the moment. I'll post more when I think of them.

Okay I don't wanna sound like a hardass but... We're looking for links to actual threads here. It's great to have ideas but we don't want to have to research YOUR ideas on top of ours Try and see if you can't find some of these threads that you're talking about, or better yet, make your own!

Side note: My search feature has also been revoked from my account so these threads are going to be next to impossible to find I'm gonna have to rely on you guys!

Hahaha Junior you read my mind.

Also, Conanski for internal engine mods/upgrade (namely cams).

Oh, and Skandocious for reading about admin's yelling at members
