HOW DO I SET TIMMING
When I pull out the SPOUT plug is the timming supposed to be in the deep V notch or 10 degrees Before the deep V. And when you put the SPOUT back in it's supposed to be in the deep V or 10 degrees before the V.

Dont even worry about the timming after you put the spout back in. You should be able to find the specs on the emissions tag on the engine. That will tell you how many degrees BTC. Most are about 10 degreesish. Set it there and see how it does. If it is hard to start advance it some or put it at 0. other than that you shoulnt have any probs.
