OBDII PID's (parameter ID's)

Where is a good source for finding a list of the PID's associated with OBDII short of ordering a factory manual?

I've never seen them outside the PCED.

Post the full specs on the vehicle of interest and I'll see if I can dig something up for you.

Actually, I'm looking for the PID's on three vehicles. I don't know if you have info. on non-trucks but here it goes;

2005 F-150 with 4.2 V6, standard tranny, 2WD
1996 Thunderbird LX, 4.6 V8, auto tranny
1992 Thunderbird, base, 3.8 V6, auto tranny
