Falcons

Does anyone on this site know of any 1962-64 Falcon 2 doors or station wagons running and for sale in your area. My son's been looking for one in Manitoba and no luck so far. Any leads would be appreciated guys!

Oh yeah, Winnipeg drivers suck but I've almost bought it a couple of times from farm folks pulling onto the highway 50 yards before I reached their driveway. Diapers may be an option.

Here`s one: http://saskatoon.kijiji.ca/c-cars-ve...QAdIdZ27272969
1962 Ford Falcon (2 Dr.) Best offer Ad ID: 27272969 Saskatoon, Sk Date Listed: 21-Oct-07
This is a perfect winter project, great for showing next summer. The engine runs. Some body work needed. Small crack in windshield, and front seat needs reupholstering. Upper rad hose leaks. Signal bulbs need replacing. Best way to get a hold of me is to call 717-7177 and leave a voicemail.

Just need to have a 347 under the hood dressed in the 221 factory trim for a total sleeper.

Probably one would have to replace what the bulbs sit in first before replacing the bulbs!

302 + 0.030 over bore + 3.4" stroke = 347

Couldn't you use a 351 still looking like a 302, wait there is a 221 V8?

A 351W won't fit between the strut towers which was one of the reasons the 302 family was developed.

You didn't know there was more than one engine size in the 302 family?

221/260/289/302/255

Knew of the 289 302 and 351 knew enough to know that I would never care.

The first thin wall casting engine in about 1962 was the 221 which grew to the 260 and the on to the 289/302/351.
Wasn`t the very first Flattie V8 a 221?
