Quick question for you guy's. Follow me here, for example, when you are kneeling down on the driver's side front, looking into the wheel well over the top of tire, right where the plastic wheel well comes down and just about meets the frame, behind the shock, do any of you have a long 6"x20" (approx) piece of rubber that should be held in place w/plastic darts that would be fastened to the plastic wheel well, and just hang down over the frame? Reason why I ask is because I don't have any kind of a guard there on either side of the truck. Last night I just installed my 6637 filter and took it out for a drive. My only concern was keeping water from flying up onto the filter in wet conditions. That set-up is sweet by the way. Dropped 2-lbs of boost between 75 - 80 mph and the milage went up a smidge. She definitely breathes much btter.
I don't have any nor have I ever seen any. I can always see the exhaust manifold on every OBS truck I have seen. Never had a problem with water or snow on my Tymar though.
