100,000 mile tune up

My '95 F150 XLT 4x4 started a significant valve cover leak a couple of weeks ago. Since I have to remove the top half of the engine, I thought I have the dealer do it. Besides, I just rolled 100k miles.

What else should I have them check out? I was planning on having the trottle body and injectors cleaned. (Why is there dire warnings on the trottle body warning not to clean it???) Also, perhaps a back pressure check and the sensor check.

Also, what would it cost to upgrade to larger injectors? I'd like a more top end power.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
