Can anybody tell me what the HPOP and fuel pressures should be while cranking and at idle on a 1996 PSD?

No start in the mornings. All new GP system and it has been verified that is functioning properly. I had the common fuel leak filter condition sensor on the fuel reg. I didn't catch it soon enough and the diesel seemed to melt all the insulation off the wiring harness for the IPR, Fuel heater, Water sensor, And filter sensor. Got the wiring problem fixed and still no difference in the starting.
