I saw the Awesome stuff mentioned on a RV site. I'll give it a try.

Be sure you don't use anything on a rubber roof that contains petroleum distillates.
It will eat the rubber and you will have to replace the roof soon after at a cost of about $1200 - 1500.
I use regular liquid detergent (not very much) and a little laundry bleach and scrub it with a medium stiff broom and rinse well.
Be very careful with soap on the sloping roof of a 5th wheel. You can take a quick trip to the ground!
I start at the front of the trailer and work toward the back staying out of the wetted area as I go.
