I have quite the issue. So I go to school in upstate New York, and am driving an 02 Expedition. Basically, I think it got super cold here (like below 20 degrees) and somehow I think the line which delivers washer fluid to the back window burst. I hadn't yet put anti-freezing washer fluid in, so I think this is what happened. So now, if I hit the button to send fluid to the back, I don't get any going to the rear window, and see it instead dripping down the inside of the car on the passenger side near the rear.
So I'm pretty sure I have a tear or break, but how do I go about fixing it?
How much pressure runs through that line...any suggestions.
There is very little pressure on the rear washer line.
Open your back hatch and have someone operate the washer. I believe the washer line passes thru at the top of the hatch. Look to see if it is leaking between the roof and the hatch opening. If not you may need to remove the plastic trim that goes around the back glass area on the hatch to locate your leak.
If you find your leak cut and splice in a section of hose. You should be able to get every thing you need at your local carparts store. Tell or show the clerk what you are doing and they should be able to get you the parts needed.
I had this happen to my expy down here in texas. You need to first pull up floor step panels on the passenger side to clean out all the washer fluid sitting in a channel that runs along the passenger side. Then pull off the passenger side kick panel and you will see a bunch of connectors. Look behind those connectors and you should find two pieces of hose, one still having the slip on connector that was blown off the other piece. I got a round spring clamp (the kind with tabs that you press to open it up) and pushed the hose back in and placed the clamp back over the connector. I also now make sure to use only the appropriate washer fluid and tell those jerkoffs to not put any of their watered down washer fluid in my truck anymore. Good luck.

Good advice, however I wouldn't put any kind of a clamp on there. It only means that the line will burst somewhere else should it happen again. It might not be as convenient the next time (ie in the headliner).
