You can post a pic as an attachment on the go advanced tab, when writing a message. You may have to be a supporter to do that, in that case then you can create a gallery.
Go to user cp, edit gallery and the rest should be fairly easy.

It will tell you at the bottom of the page if you can post attachments or not. If not you can just post a link.

Go to usercp and click on edit gallery. Then click on create album. Then put some info down and click create album again at bottom. Then it will go to where you can upload pics at the bottom. It took me a while to figure it out.
Your usercp is where you can make changes to post.
