What color calipers?

I believe my next streak of mods is to replace the braking system on my truck. Including new powersteering pump, 4 cryoed Powerslots, Hawk pads, and 4 new OEM calipers. Those SSBC are just ridiculously priced. I am debating on painting the calipers. I have nice flashy wheels with alot of void between the spokes to see the new rotors, and calipers. My Warn hub locks are yellow, as well as the Bilsteins. So, i was thinking of painting them yellow. Some people have suggested Red but there is no red?

I'm looking to upgrade my brake system too, have you looked at cryoed cross drilled/slotted powerstops with HD pads. I tow a lot and the stock braking is lacking to say the least. By the way I voted yellow

Yes, i looked at them and turned my head. Heavy truck+ heavy braking force+ drilled rotors = cracked rotors!

Red. Yellow would look funky.

There is no red?

I saw a kit for painting them red at Performance Products. I will see if I can find a link. If not I might have a catalog I can mail to you.

After I went back and read it again I realized he was saying there is no red on his truck. I thought he meant he couldn't get a kit to paint them red. It's been a long week (70 hrs). I feel like

I vote red just to offset the yellow, I think with it being all yellow would kinda look funky.

I would paint them the same color gray, to match your truck . Yellow and red would be to much, IMO.

I agree. Get some grey engine paint which is about the same color as your truck, bead blast 'em, paint 'em, and put 'em back on.

Kris, I think BLUE would go good with wheels and paint. Darn, I can't vote.

Maybe someone with some Photoshop skills could make the calipers different colors so he could see the contrast and then make a decsion. We would need a pic that clearly shows the caliper.
