using fuel injected motor
I just bought a 66 ford 1/2 ton with a 352 motor. After reading about the "great" gas milage the FE's get I decided I want to find an inline 6. I have located a motor but it is fuel injected. How big of job is it to convert to EFI? Can I still use the motors and find an intake manifold and carb for it? Any information will be great.

Your post sounds like you want to convert the 6 from EFI to Carb, yes? Well, you'd need a carb, intake manifold, probably a new head without the injector holes and what else....what tranny are you using with the 352 - it may not bolt up the 6. There's a lot of work along converting from one engine to another let alone modifying the engine. But- someone here maybe interested in swapping some of the EFI stuff if you have all the electronics too.

To convert to carb from EFI, you will need the following: carb, intake manifold, Duraspark II wiring harness, dizzy , blue strain relief box, and an electric fuel pump, the fuel pump boss is there on the EFI blocks, but not cut and drilled. And, use the EFI exhaust manifolds, they flow much better than the log style single exit carb. exhaust manifold.
