Custom or hidden sub box?

Hello, my name is Eddie and I'm relatively new to this site. I'v posted before but only briefly for about a month. Now I have time to spend on my truck again.
I have a 2003 supercrew that is lowered 4in. up front and 3in. out back. It has a flip down screen in the back with the dvd player under the rear seat.
My question is should I build a custom fiberglass encloser to extend off of the back of the console and use the middle part of the seat that wolud hold 2 10's and have a lot of thump. Or should I opt for a single speaker hidden under the seat and have a real clean look and adequate bass? I'm not looking to win any awards, I just like my stuff clean and a little off factory. Kinda like "continuing where factory left off" look.

Thanks, thata kinda what I was thinking. I'll probally try to put some kind of leather insert on the top or sides where people that ride in the back might be sitting by it.

Kinda seems like you're answering your own question here. A stealth box would be out of sight, out of mind, and would give you some good sound. A fiberglass box is just an advertisement for your rig to get broken into...

And I bet if you buy the right gear, you'll get that 1 10 to sound just as good, if not better than 2...
