Genlteman, have any of you guy's heard of replacing the ICP to stable out some minor rough idle issues? I noticed when I pulled the connector off it was becoming saturated with oil, must be spitting back up through the valve into the connector. Is that possible? I've noticed some minor rougher than normal idling issues lately. Last oil change was about 1500 mile ago along with a fuel filter change and cleaned the sreen as well. When I pulled the screen out to clean it with some brake clean, there wasn't much of anything coming out of it. Just a little bit of a dirty residue. Every other time my fuel filter is changed, I use a 1-gal shop vac to suck the remaining fuel and residue build up from the bottom of the bowl. The first time I done that there was a 1/4in of crud in the bottom of the bowl. EBV plugged in or unplugged, no difference in idle. Also, is there a noticable difference in a small performance gain when shimming the FPR?
yes i shimming the fpr made a world of difference in my truck and its easy to do and the best part if you don ' t like it you just pull it out trust me you won ' t be let down
