Ive owned my '06 4 door F550 for about a year now, I use it with no bed as a daily driver and to haul gooseneck. I noticed that the doors are all "tweeked" in a sence, The bottom of the drivers side rear is sunk in about 3/16" making the front door look open constantly. The passengers front door is sunk in the same amount at the top making the front fender look like it sticks out the same 3/16 maby even more. The gap between the frame rails and the cab are different from side to side also, More gap on passengers side.
Now the truck is a Very stiff ride, I put appx 200mi on the truck on an avrage day Its 4x4 84"ca, I think the stiffness of the springs puts strain on the frame when in off camber situitations maby it twisted the cab alittle... The gap just keeps getting worse.
Ive asked everyone i know and they all say space out the doors, But with the problem getting worse, Thats not the solution... Ive seen 2 other SD's like this, Someone has to know..
