Today I went and check the gap between the bed and the cab. I found out that the gap on the driver side is about quarter of an inch wider than the gap on the passenger side. I'm just wondering if the gaps has to be the exactly the same on both sides?
I don't think it's much to be concerned with. But if it really bothers you, go on down to the dealer and measure some other trucks. My money is on none of them being exact.
Wait till you put some larger tires on your truck and they rub on one side. Then you notice that one front wheel is 1/2" different from the other side when you measure to the bumper... They aren't perfect, but they're the best on the road...
ya my bed was off to the point i could see it in my mirrors. but as said before, i loosened up the bed bolts and put it where it belonged and i tightened down. all fixed!
