Good deal?

I have a chance to purchase a truck from a good friend. 05 FX4 long bed, 4x4, PSD, completely stock, loaded, 51k miles. Never been in the shop for a problem and maintained well. Truck is in Colorado and has some sort of Denver Bronco related dealer trim package(Elway?). Looking at somewhere around $24k-$25k range. Seems fair just like to hear some opinions. Thanks
