Heating problems

I installed a 89 300 into a 92 f150. Mostly everthing works like it did before the swap. The heater is the only thing that doesnt work. It just blows from the defrost and its cold as the air outside. From what i know all the vent controls are vaccum controled. This is telling me I have a vaccum leak somwhere. As far as i know i got every line there is to plug in. where could of i missed a line? It just snowed 6 inches here and its cold. I really need a heater. Can anyone help me.

so you can't get it to the floor, or it's only cold air, or both?

Well it only blows out cold air from only the defrost. Both lines to the heater core are hot so something is going wrong somewhere at the heater core.
