59 to 64 F100's typically used a Dana 24 transfer case.
Easies way to verify, is to climb under and find the tag. These ID tags and markings are very durable and can will still be visable.
Other ways would be to determine whether or no the shift pattern has a neutral. The Dana 21 was simply a 4wd / 2wd slection, and low range was not an option.
You can narrow down possibilities by just verifying some of these things that set each case apart.
