Need help with getting lights out

I cant get the clip out that holds the headlights in any ideas on how to get these two clips out. I have been trying for the last hour and still cant get this out

Are you talking about the bulb or the entire headlight housing? I have a 2006 and on mine there are 4 bolts that need to be removed. Two are on the top that are visible, and two are inbetween the bumper and the bottom of the housing. Once they are removed then it should slide out.
