Engine swap
Hello all!!!!!!!! It's been a while since i posted last. I was contemplating how to make my truck move better, and i began to think about dropping a 351 in there. Now, tell me, could i not use an old carbeurated engine and put one of those aftermarket fuel injection systems on there and it still be legal as far as emissions go and stuff? thanks for any replies!!!!!!!!

That is a good question. You could probably find a wrecked donor truck for around $2000 with efi and then you wouldn't have to worry about it. Do they give you a visual inspection? If not then I would say you could do the aftermarket efi although I have heard they are in most cases hard to tune. Good luck
