Warning chime
Howdy all! I just bought a '07 ranger for a work/farm truck and I want to disable the seat belt warning chime and it didn't come with a owners manual... anyone know the procedure to do the task? Thanks,

There is a procedure to do it. It's called the seatbelt dance. Uh... The procedure should be spelled out in your owner's manual. I know it's in there, because I used it to disable mine. But the procedure is on these boards somewhere. Someone might come along to link you to it, or you could do a search using the keywords "seat belt dance".

It is in the users manua. I found it there(07) and folowed the procedure but the dinger still goes off. You also have to do the procedure for both seats or the seatbelt dinger will ding if you have a passanger w/o the seatbelt on.
