Just a heads up: When I installed mine it seemed too far forward and too low. I spaced it up about 3/4 of an inch and back about 1 and 1/2 inches, and it is in a sweet spot.
I used 4 strips of 1/4 inch thick aluminum about 2 inches long and drilled holes on each end. I then bolted these alum pieces to the console frame using the original bolts and a stack of washers on each one (this gave the rise). I drilled holes on the back end of the straps and used speed nuts and bolts to attach the console ( this brought it back away from the dash). You could probably use just about any material as long as its a type of metal, and you could raise it higher if you replace the orig. bolts with longer ones with the same thread type. I played with it in several configurations and this was the best fit for me. The console is now the same height as the door arm rest, and is confortable on long drives. (went from SA to houston last week)

Hell I'd been happy with the original console.. But after research, adding an arm rest to both seats would be a pain.. This was the cheaper way of going.. Plus it was only $100 on Ebay
LOL, in the time he took pictures of it on the table he could've had it in!!! Hurry up on it! I couldn't resist when I got mine, it came off the UPS truck and I went straight for the tools! Have fun!

Thanks again for the info!
I got some 1"x1" 11GA Square Tubing cut in 2" Length.. So I can push it back 2 inches and lift it 1 inch.. Should be much better.. I didn't take into account that I'm tall so my seat goes alll the way back.. I don't like how the jump seat is forward.. Makes it akward.
