What can I use to clean the exhust side of my turbo without taking the turbo apart? Will brake cleaner do it? I would like to gut the EBPV while I have things apart but I am having a hard time finding the plugs so any info on that would be
great. I want to install the non EBPV you can see in the link below.
Please let me know if any body ever had problems with this.
The pedestal you linked won't fit your truck. there is some made for our trucks but it needs to be for 94.5 to 97 PSD. Also Not sure what you mean by cleaning your turbo. I don't really see any need to clean it. Break cleaner would work to remove some of the soot but thats all that should be in there.
My bad on the link. Thought it said 94.5. Well it looks like this busted up leaking all over the place son of a #$%!@ing place EBPV thing is going to turn into a major @#$%&ing project. If you know where I can get one for my truck please let me know. Thanks
there used to be a guy on tds named rickh or something that made em. tim the guy with the red truck with a gauge for everything under the sun. maybe you remember i dont.
I have to go to ford tomorrow. I'll look into that . I didn't even think of ford having them. Thanks for the heads up on that one. Having absolutly no luck online.
