Couple of basic electrical q's...
firstly, just out of sheer curiosity, do the instrument panels (like speedo, amp meter, etc.) have a nat. green tint to them? or is there green bulbs in the dash... Call it "mexi" (no ratial puns or diss's intended, just what pplz i know that are secretly jelous of my ballerific mini van call it) but i'd like to have bluish or indigo instrument pannels.
also, at u pull it today i came across an old pioneer tape deck in an aerstar that has a common ground system, similar to the one in our vans. do you think this would work? i hooked the tape player up to a power inverter, and other than the lights on the face plate not working, the radio worked great!!! (didn't test the tape player yet...)
i'd like to know cuz my dad wants/kind of needs a new tape player, his randomly eats tapes, and i'd much rather not re-wire his system if i don't have to...
Thanks!!
oh, that tape player came with an old school harnessadaptor... the van was a late 80's model, and did have the rear sound, but dunno if it worked cuz it was at u pull it. lol

Use green LEDs with 2KOhm resistors.

Any stereo system with common grounded speakers will work fine, other stereos require rewiring. I did it.....
Good Luck!
