I have them on my truck and other than when it is cold out the vibration thing is olny bad when around 10 degrees and sits overnight. I am used to it and it also states right in the owners manual that the truck will vibrate when cold due to the tires. They wear great I have about 12000 miles on them and not a problem yet. I rotate every other oil change. I am a tech so I do it myself. Wreed, just so you know a rebalance is not going to fix them. If it only happens when cold. Also when they do rebalance make sure you look at your wheels the weights are a pain to remove and they may damage your wheels if they are not careful. I deflated mine and broke the beads to remove the weights from the front and refilled with Nitrogen and them used stick on weights in the inside of the wheel to clean up the outside.
If I dont get biggertires, when the time comes I will put the Scorpians back on. I dont drive a lot and usually by the time I need to replace the tires its been 5 years and about 36000 miles and I usually look at trading...but I really like this truck so who knows. I do have the Bilstien leveling kit in my truck also, so if you do get bigger tires please post pics.
They ride great, you will need a spring compressor to install them andd ofcourse an alignment. I did it all myself I have been a tech for 15 years. I think they are worth the investment cause I wanted to upgrade the shocks and struts while I had it apart, I do have before and after pics. in my gallery.
They were about 350 from ebay and they did include rear shocks also, nice thi ng is you can return to stock if you want and still use the bilstien shocks.

Thanks for the info.
The installation wouldn't be a problem, but I like the idea of changing the height if desired..... They aren't adjustable though, right?
yes they are adjustable they go from stock to 1" to 2", the only thing with changing the height is that you need to do an alignment each time. Did you look at the pics in my gallery??
I have them on my truck and love them. I had them on my old F-250 and put 60k on my first set and got rid of my truck with 114k on it with the second set of them still on it. I had no issues with them.
Heres where I bought the Shocks and Struts from, arnott air suspension, type that in and it will take you to his store and you can look em up there. I sent you the pics of the brush guard tonight so I hope you get them.
I've got 34K on My King Ranch and they still have about half the tread left. The Service Manager at my local Ford garage says they just replaced a set for a customer that had 72K on them. And, yes you need to run them at 40 LB. It makes a huge difference.
