hello there
I need to know if it is possible to add another seat belt to the bench seat in our truck. My brother says it is illegal but i want to know for sure.

there are three there but i need to know if it is possible to add a fourth and it still be legal

we have 4 kids and 2 adults the front seats are captians chairs.

Is this a supercab or crewcab truck? Many states have there own set of laws so it would be hard to say if it was illegal or not.

i think it is a crew cab its a 1993 long box if that helps and i live in Michigan

i would suggest you check with the highway patrol in your state.

I gotta say no, I live in Mi also and they ain't going for you bolting in another belt. It would need testing then to pass DOT and all that state and Gov. rigamaroll!
