Replacement wire harness
Anyone know if any company sells replacement wire harnesses or a universal radio harness for the radio? When the low life thieves stole my aftermarket radio they cut the wires behind the factory plug so now all I have is a bunch of wires. I'd like to put the factory plug back on, if not then a universal harness with the adapter for the stereo side.

You will have to splice all those wires back together. I don't think you can just replace the factory harness, I think it is part of a big harness that plugs into a bunch of different items, not just the stereo.
