so i ended up getting 2000 .40 and 1000 .223 for me and 200 5.7X56MM for a buddy with a P90. and that was enough to carry on my back so i didnt even look at the .22 cost.
but i am not sure i need all .223 because i already have over 1000 so i might sell some of it to friends, but the price was too good to pass up after paying to get in.

This show has more beef jerky, camo, leather goods than guns.
IMO, it resembles a swap meet. If you are a collector of old firearms, you won't find much.

That's a good weekend for me.
I have to agree with NumberDummy unfortunately. I've been a few times and have never really seen anything that makes me want to come back. I find MUCH better deals on ammo online, even with shipping.
If I needed a case or pack, I might go but $10 to get in, 8$ to park before I even buy anything is kinda steep, although maybe I'm just a tightass.

Crossroads has several of these shows at the OCFG every year, but they are not all the same. The Spring show is the biggest IIRC, usually around the end of April or first of May.
The sad thing is, the shows are pretty good for everything except guns. Blame the government. The shows are a good time to stock up on cleaning supplies and ammo and accessories.
It pisses me off that LAC banned gun shows from Pomona, but they welcome the Pornography and Tattoo shows.

I was going to the Pomona shows when I was a kid. It was an awesome show, and in my humble (and possibly uneducated) opinion there in not a gun show currently in So Cal that holds a candle to the old Pomona shows.
But if you want a tattoo, to meet a **** star or attend "Hemp-Con" then Pomona is your place. =)
