The 428PI motors ran standard 428 heads with the aluminum intake (well sometimes) and either a mechanical cam (in the very early 1966 motors) or the 428CJ cam. Other than that, they weren't much disfferent from the standard 428s.

Beside the things the guys have said, your local library should have some rebuild manuals. That and forums like this one and the net54 forum will help as well.
