I just put the smoked side mirror lights, xtreme scanning tailbar, and big rig running lights on my 03 F250. So far, so good.
I found the trick with the mirror lights was to fight with the wiring plug on the lights until you get it out of the way. I had trouble with my lights fitting and with the motorized mirror operation until I got the plug tucked out of the way.
Also wasn't too happy with the big rig lights mounting brackets that came with the unit. Instructions were a little lacking too. I got em on, but considering re-mounting the lights with a custom set up. Right now the covers for the mounting brackets of the step bars gets in the way a little.
