Rear window

How hard is it to R & R the rear window, I know it bolts in, but I'm not sure of the procedure. I'm planning to replace the slider in my father's truck, victim of the lawnmower, with a one from a junkyard.

be careful of the slider, sometimes they have cracks in the frame, i think top center. if you were in mass ild give you one but it wouldnt be worth it to ship it to you cause its too big for ups.
