I buy most all my parts from napa, never had a problem with the quality from them.
They make a repair/renew kit for the spade connector on the starter, maybe you should try that. But if you don't live where they use road salt that may not be the problem. Does that connector look clean inside and click on tight?
Try measuring the voltage drop between the positive battery terminal and the starter positive connection when the key is turned to start (two person job) next time the truck doesn't start. Also test the voltage drop from the engine block to the negative battery terminal with someone turning the key to start. If there's more than a volt drop between ends on either the positive cable or the negative cable, you've got a bad connection or a bad cable.
