I dont know what else to call it.Anyway its on my 78 F250 4x4,these are rivoted on the frame at spring/shackle location, and were cracked at each of the 3 rivot locations,so I ground off the rivots, and knocked them off.# on it is C7TA.Is this a Ford only part #,or can I get these things somewhere else.

1978/79 F150/250 4WD
2-C7TZ-5348-A .. Front Spring Shackle Bushing (C7TA is the ID number prefix, C7TZ is the part number prefix)
2-D7TZ-5348-A .. Front of Front Spring Bushing
2-D7TZ-5348-B .. Rear of Front Spring Bushing
These are no longer supplied by Ford, take the part numbers to NAPA, they can cross them to the brand they sell.
EDIT: FTE sponsor Green Sales (800-543-4959) has 10 new genuine Ford shackle bushings: C7TZ-5348-A. Green is located in Ohio, and sells new old stock obsolete Ford parts.

there is also 5335-A on the part,it is triangular in shape with a hole at each point
Triangular shaped? I wouldn't call it that, the bottom of the bracket comes to a point in the center, the rest of it is squarish. That's the front spring shackle bracket (C7TZ-5340-B) and it doesn't come with the bushing. The bushings were only sold separately.
The rear of the front spring bracket is sorta triangular shaped...is that what you are describing?

Yes the flange of this is triangular,it has 3 holes in it where it rivets to the frame rail.the spring shackles pivot on this, therewere cracks at each rivet location, looked unsafe,so I ground rivets off,and knocked assembly off the frame. If the flange wasnt damaged,it does look like a new bushing could be pressed in

So you are asking for the rear portion of the front spring for bushings? You've gotten me confused. In the rear of the front spring, the only bushing is in the spring eye. In the front, there's a bushing in the spring eye and the shackle.

frt of frt spring contains shackle bushing and spring bushing //////// rear of front spring contains spring bushing only.
Rear spring -rear spring bushing: D7TZ-5340-B

Sorry for the confusion,I should have taken a photo. The link Mil1ion sent clearly shows it in figure 3,view Z.the # cast in the part is C7TA-5335-A.Maybe I'll have to take one off another truck, and have new bushing pressed in.
Are these what you’re talking about because I’m looking for these as well?

Yeah I didn’t see that but I’ve been looking for what these are called to replace them and I can’t find them do you know what those bushings are called?
Upper shackle bushing or something along those lines. Rock auto has them. Leave the rivets, you just need to remove the sleeve from the casting. I didn’t have any trouble but I did utilize the torch, mind where you aim it.
there is also aftermarket polyurethane
