Where can i find the metal sleeves that go into the shackles? not the shackle bushings themselves but theres like a sleeve that goes in first? I need this to get my id down to 1.250 so i can use poly bushings on my highboy rear spring shackles.

There are no separate sleeves. What you are describing are the bushings.
The rubber bushing is pressed into the sleeve, so it's a one piece assembly. If the rubber has disintigrated, all that's left is its sleeve.
1967/77 F250 4WD (High Boys): C7TZ-5348-A .. Front Leaf Spring Shackle Bushing / 1 1/4" O.D. x 37/64" I.D - 3 3/8" long.
Depending on the number of leafs the spring has, this same bushing could also be the: Front spring FRONT bushing, front spring REAR bushing.
Look adjacent to the eye bolt on the main leaf for an ID number, similar to this: C7TA-E and post what it is. Then I can tell you if all three bushings are the same.
Because there are different numbers of leafs, there is another possible bushing (D3TZ-5348-A) used for the front spring FRONT & REAR. Parts catalog doesn't list its specs.
What is the ID of the tube on the shackle? Most poly bushings just go right in the ID of the shackle or spring itself rather than having an exterior metal sleeve like the stock rubber bushings do.
egged out of round isn't good. I was going to suggest sleeving it with a 1.5" x .120 wall tube but if it's 1 3/8" and ovaled out then that won't work.
New shackles may be the best bet. What is the length from the center of the bolt hoe where the springs mount to the center of the hole for the pivot bushings?
Shackles seem to be the same as the 2wd trucks (2.5" wide leafs) up to 96. Heck the ranger ones look to even be the same. The only difference I could see MAY be a larger (thicker) plate used for the original stamping in the larger (3/4 & 1 ton) trucks. Chevy shackles are pretty dang similar too.
A shackle is really just a VERY simple pivot. The only real things that matter are the length between the holes where the leafs mount & the pivot (this actually doesn't effect a ton in the way the shackle works, but more so in ride height & how much & how the springs cycle through the travel) & then the width of the spring mounting point (2.5" springs can be run in 3" shackles with a .250" spacer on either side) and possible the width of the bushing are in the shackle pivot. That being said most anything stock or aftermarket can work.
where can i get a stock highboy shackle if i need to?
1967/77 F250 4WD (High Boys). 2WD is not the same.

How about this... If it'll help you I'll take a pic of the shackle off my '74 F-100 supercab 2wd next to the on on my '74 F-250 crew cab 4wd just to prove how similar (if not the same) they are. I also have some 80's & 90's Bronco shackles here & can throw in the pic as well. It might help prove my point on just how similar this stuff all is & show that if you need to find new stuff pretty much any junk yard around will have something that will work.
